Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchange: Is eligible only for Damaged good or error in dispatching the selected goods.
• Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted (on approval) within 2 working days from the date of receipt and request placed via email with 2 days on receipt of good. Requests made beyond this period cannot be accommodated.
• Condition: Items must be unused, with folding’s and tags intact, and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
• Excluded Items: No exchanges allowed for accessories readymade/stitched blouses, or items with falls or tassels.

Initiating an Exchange

• Damaged Goods: In case of damaged merchandise upon receipt, notify us within 24 hours via email at support@ayushrisilks.com. Please include a photo of the damaged product with tags.

Shipping and Costs

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping and Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Delivery Time: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery shall be made in accordance with Seller’s shipping policy in effect on the date of shipment. Delivery dates provided by Seller are estimates only. Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates; however, Seller will not be liable for failure to deliver as estimated. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Seller, Goods shall be packaged according to Seller’s standards and practices.

Important Notes

• Damage Responsibility: Ayushri Silks is not liable for damages occurring after purchase due to rain, stains, incorrect cleaning, or normal wear 
• Service Exclusions: Products with falls, tassling, or blouse alterations are not eligible for return/exchange.
• Sale Items: Products purchased at a sale/deal price are not eligible for return/exchange.
• Payment Gateway Charge: A 4% charge will apply to any paid order cancellations initiated by the customer, which must be borne by the customers.

• Decision: All decisions by Ayushri Silks regarding disputes shall be final
