Delivery and Returns Policy
Customer has to raise a return request by sending an email to support@ayushrisilks.com with the order details & the return reason. Incase of damaged / incorrect item a photograph of the product, the price tag & the packing cover which got delivered is mandatory.
Our support team will analyse the return request and approve the same.
Once a return is approved, the item has to be packed & shipped to the below address.
The products must be returned in it’s original condition, unaltered and unused. The price tag ( and the silk mark tag if applicable ) has to be present. The saree folding has to be intact.
Reverse pick up is not available for damaged / defective items / incorrect item for selected Pin codes .Customers must courier it back to the shop address
Onward logistic cost of Rs. 150/- for each item will be charged on free shipping orders.
All the refunds will be credited to the same payment mode through which the order was paid. The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to credit from the date of initiation.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Ayushri Silks offers shipping across India through reliable courier service. The courier charges will be borne by the customer. All the orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of order. Shipping timelines will be intimated to the customer in advance.
All our products are packed in secure tamper proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper proof condition.
All products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If there is a requirement for the products to be shipped to more than one shipping address then please create separate orders in separate carts for each address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping costs are payable for shipping to locations outside India. International orders are normally shipped within 10 – 15 business days from the date of orders.
Shipping timelines will be intimated to the customer in advance.
